Rihanna came in at number 9 on the list with her tweet about Justin Bieber on November 15th 2010.

Young Money rapper Drake is taking the top spot as the musician who’s tweet was most retweeted on Twitter. The social networking site released their list of most retweeted celebrities today that includes Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Drizzy Drake.
The Young Money emcee beat out his mentor Lil Wayne as well as Kanye for the top spot among rappers with his simple tweet, “We always ignore the ones who adore us, and adore the ones who ignore us,” posted on September 18.
Following behind Drizzy on the list of top rapper tweets was Lil Wayne who announced his return from prison November 4 saying,
“Aaaaaaahhhhhhmmmmm baaaaakkkkkkkkkk!”
Kanye’s “Im Sorry Taylor” tweet during the MTV VMAs. Steven Colbert ranked #1 on the list of “Most Retweeted Celebrities” with his June tweet,
“In honor of oil-soaked birds, ‘tweets’ are now ‘gurgles.”

Chris Brown Scores Positive Marks In Probation Hearing
Chris Brown once again scored a positive review from a Los Angeles judge as he attended his fourth status hearing on Thursday afternoon (August 26) stemming from his probation for attacking former flame Rihanna in February 2009.
Brown, sporting a white dress shirt and black vest, arrived to the courtroom with his attorney Mark Geragos shortly before 1:45 p.m. PT. The pair went before Judge Patricia Schnegg, who told Brown he was doing "a good job," according to The Associated Press. Judge Schnegg said she received positive reports from both Brown's domestic-violence counselors and his probation officers in Virginia, where he's completing his punishment.
