The ‘Grung Gaad’ Bounty Killer appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning, and stood accused of assaulting and wounding his girlfriend. Initial reports were that Bounty Killer allegedly assaulted her with a hammer, and now a report in today’s Jamaica Observer newspaper states that he’s also accused of using a mosquito zapper racquet to hit the woman.

The St Andrew North Police last night confirmed the arrest of dancehall entertainer Rodney Pryce, more popularly known as Bounty Killer. Deputy Superintendent Altermoth Campbell, anti-crime boss at the Constant Spring Police Station, said the entertainer was picked up after a female companion turned up at the station bleeding and reported that he had assaulted her.
